How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your FitsAI subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. FitsAI uses Apple’s in-app purchase system, so all billing is handled securely by Apple.

I started a trial, when will I be charged?

After your 3-day free trial, your chosen subscription plan will begin automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Who handles my payments?

All payments are processed securely through the App Store (Apple). FitsAI uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, but Apple manages all billing directly.

How can I reset my account or wardrobe?

Go to the app settings inside FitsAI to clear or reset your wardrobe items. If you need additional help, please contact us at the email above.
